Refund Policy

14-day refund window

We want you to be confident in your purchase. New subscribers may request a full refund of their first Pro subscription payment within 14 days of the original purchase date, for any reason.

After the 14-day window has passed, payments are non-refundable. Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not eligible for the 14-day refund. You can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, email hello@estimify.pro with the email address used on your Estimify account and the date of purchase. You can also contact Paddle directly via paddle.net.

Refund processing by Paddle

Estimify is sold through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. All refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation

Canceling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. You can cancel any time from the Billing section of your account or from the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
