These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Nuvora LLC ("we", "us", "our"), based in North Olmsted, Ohio, USA. By creating an account or using Estimify you agree to these Terms.
Estimify is a web-based quoting and estimating application for contractors and small service businesses. Features include client management, quote creation and delivery, PDF generation, templates, and related reporting tools.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if using Estimify on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@estimify.pro.
Estimify offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro is available at $29 per month or $290 per year, billed in advance. Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless canceled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment terms, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Pro access until then and will not be charged again. Downgrading to Free does not delete your account or data.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the quotes, client data, and other content you create in Estimify ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to provide the service.
Estimify, including the software, design, templates, and the "Estimify" brand, is owned by Nuvora LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Estimify in accordance with your active plan.
We work to keep Estimify available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, you may export Your Content within a reasonable window, after which we may delete it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estimify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nuvora LLC harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any disputes arising under these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice within the service. Your continued use of Estimify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
